Splitting California into six states

Proposal had been initiated to divide the huge state of California in six smaller states. The proposal had been put forward by capitalist Tim Draper, whose contention was that California was very large and hence was ungovernable. Draper's idea was that small states would be easy to govern and would have more effective governments. As per Draper's proposal the six states to be carved out of current California would be North California, Central California, West California, South California, Jefferson, and Silicon Valley.
