The Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park
The Conservatory of Flowers in the Golden Gate Park houses a lot more than just flowers. In fact, if we may say so, flowers are just the tip of the iceberg. The conservatory has five separate rooms- all of them are maintained at different temperatures and house different plants. In one room you have cash crops like coffee, cacao and bananas, in one you have exotic potted plants, in one room is the exhibit of carnivorous plants like the cobra plant and the pitcher plant, in one room are the beautiful orchids, and aquatic plants like water lilies predominate the last room.
