The election of Taiwan follows a fair and transparent procedure. All the parties plays active role in election. Ballots are been counted in each polling station, the official party members present there as witness during the opening of ballot boxes and the count are watched by a representative of each party. This is why the allegations of fraud are next to impossible.
Polling stations have approximately 1000 voters, and each comprises of a number of staffs, a policeman, and one party agent from each side.
Till now most of the events of election in Taiwan has took place peacefully without significant violence and all the major activities of the country remained unaffected.
