Anaheim is a city in Orange County in Southern California. Founded by German settlers in 1876, it is the tenth largest city in California. Comprising an area of 50.811 square miles, the city is a part of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Anaheim is known for world-famous theme parks and successful sports teams.

John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana and Long Beach Airport are equidistant from Anaheim. Los Angeles International Airoprts lies 30 miles northwest of the city.

The Santa Ana Freeway (I-5), Orange Freeway (SR 57), and Riverside Freeway (SR 91) traverse the city.
