Oscar Pistorius granted bail

South African athlete Oscar Pistorius, who faces murder charges over the shooting of his girlfriend, was granted bail on Friday following a four-day hearing.
Magistrate Desmond Nair said the prosecution had not made a case that he would abscond or had a violent nature.
The Olympic and Paralympic sprinter denies the charges, saying he shot Reeva Steenkamp believing she was an intruder at his home.
Steenkamp had been shot in the right side of her head, her right hip and her right elbow,
The next hearing in the case has been set for June 4. Bail was set at $113,000.
Pistorius was ordered to hand over his passport, avoid his home in Pretoria and report to a police station between 7 am and 1 pm every Monday and Friday.
