Moon Jae-in Wins South Korea's Presidential Election

  • As per reports, Moon Jae-in, a liberal who supports a more open policy toward North Korea, won the presidential election in South Korea. With 41.08%, the country's National Election Commission declared him the winner.

    As mentioned by the commission, Moon was selected by 13,423,800 voters.

    Prior to the announcement, Moon spoke to the voters wherein he said he is going to be a president for the people.
