Migrants rescued from being smuggled in Mexico

In a major operation, Mexico’s federal agents and marines rescued 61 migrants from smugglers in two separate operations. Of the twenty-one migrants one of them is a minor. They were rescued in Reynosa where they were held captive in a house waiting to be smuggled into the US. Another forty were intercepted in two vehicles on a highway in Cardena in south-east Mexico. Women and minors were among the migrants who belong to Guatemala, El Salvador according to a local newspaper.
