February 11 , 2014
Syria militants and Islamic State of Iraq were being taught as to how to make car bombs but the lesson didn't turn out to be as expected.
The bombs accidentally set off in the countryside north of Baghdad and took the lives of about 21 people. Iraqi officials mentioned that the tragedy resulted in two dozen arrests and those killed included students.
According to a police officer, the instructor giving a lesson ended up using a belt with live explosives, after which the security forces rushed to the area and arrested 12 suspected militants as well as 10 others trying to flee.
