The Air Force to have trouble recruiting
August 23 , 2013
Piloting drones is an unpopular profession and the Air Force is having trouble recruiting new people. Even the ones already recruited quit at quite a fast rate.
The reason for this is that the profession is boring. When there are no assassinations, the drones perform surveillance missions, which are not only dull but also require long shifts.
The job is stressful and the recruits barely get a chance to get themselves trained for other prospects.
As opposed to the Army, this job requires the pilots to possess a bachelor's degree.
