South Korean swimmer fails doping test

Park Tae-hwan, the South Korean Olympic gold medal-winning swimmer, has failed a doping test.
The Korea Swimming Federation said the test was conducted by Fina, the global swimming association, before the Incheon Asian Games in September.
Park's agency said an injection taken by the swimmer for chiropractic treatment was responsible for the failed test. It said Park “has been extremely careful” about what drugs he takes, and was “shocked” at the result.
The banned drug found in his body has not been named.
