France, Brazil to cooperate over Rio 2016 games security

  • France will share intelligence with Brazil in a bid to foil possible terrorist attacks at next year's Olympic Games, officials from both nations have said. Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira said his counterpart Laurent Fabius had offered his country's support during security talks in Brasilia over the weekend, Xinhua news agency reported.
