Blind Massage wins six awards

  • Blind Massage, a Chinese-French movie, has won six awards at the Golden Horse awards in Taiwan, according to media reports.

    It won in the best feature film and best cinematography among other categories. It also gathered the award for editing and adapted screenplay.

    The film is based on workers at a Nanjing massage parlor.  

    The awards of Golden Horse are considered to be the equivalent of the Oscars in the Chinese language.

    Chen Jianbin got both best director and best actor award for the film A Fool, as well as another best supporting role award.
