Trader Joe's is not the best grocery store in America
December 3 , 2013
The grocery chain Aldi is only in 32 states but Rebecca Schuman of Slate wrote that it's the best one in America.
Even though, customers have to bag their own purchases, it's high-end prices are reasonably priced. Schuman mentioned that the store successfully represents "Teutonic efficiency," which is not surprising since Aldi is extremely popular back in Germany.
The grocery store was started when two brothers had a disagreement over cigarette sales in 1960 and their company split into two.
Aldi Nord transformed into Trader Joes and Aldi Sud ended up transforming into "the entire German grocery store experience."
