Nissan to sell automated cars in 2020
August 28 , 2013
The future could be closer than ever with Nissan's recent claim of being able to "bring multiple, affordable, energy-efficient, fully autonomous-driving vehicles to market by 2020."
Nissan plans on testing the vehicles next year on a special course and believes it can deliver the vehicles at reasonable prices.
After a number of previous successes with the company's luxury Q50 sedan and the Leaf, Nissan is now committed to this new technology.
Many states are already in the process of preparing laws for the self-driving vehicles.
