GM makes another recall
March 18 , 2014
General Motors is issuing yet another recall since it's dealing with reports involving 303 deaths related to ignition-switch issues.
The recall this time around is of 1.2M SUVs and about one hundred thousand other vehicles. Customers of the SUVs may see a warning light but the bag wouldn't deploy if they don't take any action. GM mentioned that it's not aware of any injuries that the problem may have caused as of yet.
The 2008-2013 Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia are among the affected models along with 2008-2009 Saturn Outlook and 2009-2013 Chevrolet Traverse. The company is also recalling several other vehicles because of a break problem and issues concerning their instrument panels.
