Customers think that healthy food cannot be tasty, so it appears that restaurants have to secretly improve the healthiness of their food without letting the customers know.
"When you tell people something's healthy, they think it doesn't taste good," a Boston Market exec said.
The restaurant chain reportedly lessened sodium in their offerings, but informed customers about it much later. On another note, the AP reports that the FDA is coming forward with new sodium guidelines. Therefore, the customers will be seeing reduced salt level in food soon enough.
