Bailout extension: Eurozone approves Greek proposals
February 25 , 2015
The reform measures submitted by Greece for obtaining a four-month bailout extension have been approved by the finance ministers of the Eurozone.
The Eurogroup has agreed to start parliamentary procedures at a national level in various member states to give a final green signal to the deal.
Greece’s proposals include tackling tax evasion and public sector reforms.
However, IMF head Christine Lagarde has expressed doubts over the proposals, saying there were not enough “clear assurances” in critical areas.
