Vietnam: 14 workers killed, 28 injured in scaffolding collapse
March 26 , 2015
Fourteen people were feared killed and at least 28 injured when a scaffolding collapsed in Vietnam.
Most of the victims at the construction site were hired subcontractors working on a seaport project in the central Ha Tinh province.
It was not immediately clear if any worker remains trapped beneath the debris as the rescue operation continues.
Reports indicated that the scaffolding had shaken twice, triggering panic among the workers about an hour before it caved in.
