    Venezuela has opened border with Columbia for second time in a month’s time after a year the border was sealed to fight against cross-border crimes. Reports say, many people have crossed the border and entered Columbia for shopping basic foods and medicines, which are in shortage in Venezuela that is witnessing severe economic crisis along with staggering inflation scenario (180 percent last year and projected 720 percent in 2016, as forecasted by IMF). Venezuela plunged into crisis due to falling price of oil, prime source of its income.
