June 24 , 2018
World Cup 2018 hopes of Germany are revived after Germany defeated Sweden 2-1 on Saturday. Fist goal of the match was scored by Swedish player Ola Toivonen at 32nd minute, giving Sweden a first half lead over the Germans. Germany fought back and German footballer Marco Reus scored the equalizer at 48th minute of the game. Sweden played an excellent game and it almost seemed that the game is going to end with a draw, which would have felt very similar to a defeat. With 5 minutes added time in the second-half, Toni Kroos took a free-kick from the edge of the penalty box and baffled everyone when the ball landed within the goal-post.
