Syria may still be using chemical weapons

Syria agreed to get rid of all its chemical weapons last year, but it appears that the country is still using them. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons couldn't investigate the whole thing, but found that harmful substances such as chlorine have been used systematically.
The BBC notes that eight percent of the total weapons declared by the country still remains and cannot be taken out because of security issues.
Media notes that chlorine wasn't supposed to be declared among the other chemicals last year.
