Swedish Clothing Giant H&M Outlets Thrashed in South Africa after Controversial Racial Advert

Outlets of H&M, Swedish clothing giant, was thrashed by angry protesters in Johannesburg over the alleged controversial racial advertisement by the company that showed “coolest monkey in the jungle” inscription on a green hoodie worn by a black boy. In a video footage, the protesting activists of Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) were seen trashing displays, pushing over mannequins, and ransacking clothes rails. In a H&M store in East Rand mall, protesters allegedly entered and stole several clothing products and other accessories. The Swedish clothing giant has pulled off the advert from the market after the protest, which spread around the province.
