Saudi Minister says if the Drone Attacks were Carried out from Iranian Soil, They'll Consider it as an Act of War

  • The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir has told media that they are holding Iran responsible for the attack on two of its oil infrastructure (on September 14, 2019) because the drones and missiles used were built and delivered by Iran. He went on to warn that if they find in their probe that the attack on Saudi oil infrastructure was launched from Iranian territory then they will consider it as an act of war. Adel al-Jubeir made it clear that the Saudi Kingdom is currently looking out for a peaceful resolution on the matter. However, he also said that if Iran continues their aggressive policies “then they risk the possibility of military action”. Jubeir made it clear that “the Iranians have to know that there will be consequences to their actions.”
