Pesticides are bad for the world food supply

It appears that pesticides are putting the world's food supply in danger along with killing bees. A recent study reveals that insecticides known as neonicotinoids have damaged the environment quite a bit and creatures that are required for food production are at heavy risk.
Researchers also compared pesticides that were introduced two decades ago to DDT. One of the researchers said that it is shocking that we know so little.
After the harmful effects of these chemicals were revealed, "there was a big backlash. But we seem to have gone back to exactly what we were doing in the 1950s. It is just history repeating itself."
