Panama Papers: Iceland's PM under pressure to resign

The prime minister of Iceland, Sigmundur David Gunnlaugsson, is under pressure to resign after leaked documents showed personal financial arrangements. As per media reports, critics feel that the issue has not only shattered the confidence of the people in his leadership but has also affected the international reputation of the country. Thousands of people gathered outside Iceland’s parliament in Reykjavik. The opposition lawmakers have also called for a vote of no confidence.
