Obama to cancel military exercises with Egypt

President Obama decided to not let their traditional cooperation continue as civilians die in Egypt. He took the time to condemn the violence in the country midst his vacation.
According to The New York Times, this is the "first concrete American response."
The president acknowledged the fact that Morsi's government did not exactly support democracy but insisted that he should not have been ousted forcefully. He has also asked the protestors to be "peaceful".
Obama spoke as the official death toll in Egypt rose to 500. This number is certain to rise futher.
The supporters of Morsi have reportedly also set fire to two government buildings in a city next to Cairo.
