No clear winners after snap polls in Bulgaria

  • Bulgaria could be staring at continued political instability after snap polls did not produce a clear verdict, accoring to media reports.

The right wing GERB party is the single largest party, but will fall short of a majority, exit polls have predicted. GERB party is predicted to get 90 seats, still 31 short of a clear majority. The second and third place will be taken by the Socialists and MRF respectively.

Getting the economy back on track would be the priority of the new government.
