Mohamad and Eamen Shebley, along with their three children, were ushered off a plane after being humiliated by the officials of a United Airlines’ Washington bound flight. The Muslim couple is planning to file a formal complaint with the Federal Aviation Administration on charges of discrimination. The couple said they were humiliated after they asked for help for their child’s booster seat. On behalf of the family, Council on American Islamic Relations has filed a complaint with United. The company has offered a reimbursement of the flight fare and compensatory reward for inconvenience which included free round trips anywhere in the U.S.
