Mount Everest: Third climber dies due to altitude sickness

With the death of an Indian climber, Mount Everest has claimed its third victim in three days. The Indian climber identified as Subhash Paul died on Sunday. He had reached the summit a day earlier. Sherpa guides were helping Paul to descend from the summit. Over the weekend, a Dutch man and Australian woman had died due to altitude sickness. In recent days, around 30 climbers have either become seriously ill on the Everest or have suffered frostbite.
