German government rules out changes in country's immigration policy

Despite right-wing gaining in three state elections, the government of Germany has ruled out changes in the country’s immigration policy. AfD, which is an anti-immigrant party, had campaigned against what it believes Chancellor Merkel's "catastrophic" decision to take in more than a million migrants in 2015. As per reports, the AfD is a minor force, especially in western Germany.
