Australia Reveals Changes to Citizenship Process

  • As per reports, an overhaul of the migration process is going to make it more difficult to get citizenship in Australia.

People who want Australian citizenship will have to go through tougher tests on their English language skills. Applicants also need to complete four years as permanent residents.

The step has been taken two days after stricter visa requirements for skilled workers from abroad were unveiled by Australia.

PM Malcolm Turnbull mentioned that the changes will assure that migrants are integrated into the country in a better way.
