Israel to welcome futuristic transportation trains

Tel Aviv, Israel is soon enough going to be the first city to introduce futuristic transportation trains.
Engineers from NASA's Ames Reseach Center and the Skytran company developed this transit system of magnetically levitating pods as a solution to the heavy traffic in the city. This new development is supposed to offer energy and environmentally friendly alternatives to cars and buses, according to The Times of Israel.
The futuristic trains will not only help reduce traffic but are also cheaper and faster in terms of transportation.
The city of Tel Aviv is trying to speed up the process but there has been no announcement of an official timetable.
