Future planes may eliminate windows

Why do passengers need windows when cameras can show them everything that's going on outside the aircraft? Planned supersonic jet S-512 is all set to carry 18 passengers from London to New York at the speed of up to 1,3750mph and that's the logic it's going by.
The Boston company mentioned that windows make the aircrafts heavier when they can move faster as well as save on fuel if the windows are eliminated.
"Most of the time while flying, you can't see much anyway," the company said. However, a Boeing pilot doesn't approve of the plan since passengers prefer having windows. "Placing yourself in a sealed metal tube, flying faster than the speed of sound at great altitude with no spacial awareness would prove disturbing for most, and as a pilot, I can see huge safety issues."
