Facebook has built a drone to bring net connectivity to the planet’s remote areas. The drone will operate at a height of up to 90,000 feet, and has the ability to stay airborne for about three months at a time, the social networking firm said. It has a wingspan similar to a Boeing 737.
According to Facebook, the drones will provide 10 gigabits per second internet speed and will be tested in America this year.
