Customer data of controversial dating website Ashley Madison, which helps married people cheat on their spouses, has been stolen by hackers.
The hacking group, which calls itself the Impact Team, has claimed to have obtained information on all customers, including their credit card transactions and “secret sexual fantasies”.
Ashley Madison, which operates in dozens of countries and claims to have 37 million users, acknowledged the “criminal intrusion”, but did not confirm the extent of the hack.
