Boeing's new smartphone can self-destruct

  • President Obama is going to be happy about this one: Boeing, a company that normally deals with planes, is expected to introduce a secure smartphone with the ability to destruct itself.

The special hardware design in the "Boeing Black" will cause the device to self-destruct in case of tampering. The device will also come with two SIM cards so it can be used by wireless networks for both the government and civilians.

The company expects the smartphone to be used primarily by the government and its contractors. No release date has been announced as of yet.
