Amazon unveils 'Dash' button to order household items
April 1 , 2015
Online retailer Amazon has launched a new device that is capable of placing orders to replenish home-use items.
The “Dash” button is attached to home appliances and carries out a delivery request when pushed.
The service, which is currently available to a select group of premium subscription users, is being seen as a bid by the retail giant to draw more shoppers of household goods.
To begin with, it will be offered in four American cities.
