Airlines decide on no in-flight phone calls

Although, the feds might allow passengers to make phone calls during flights, the airlines won't approve of such a thing.
Reports suggest that Delta has joined Southwest and JetBlue and won't allow calls irrespective of the FCC's decision. United and American have not decided on the issue as of yet.
CNBC reports that passengers will be able to send people text messages and use their phones for other reasons but won't be allowed to talk. Surveys show that air passengers as well as flight attendants don't approve of the idea that people will be allowed to yak.
A critic suggested the airlines charge people a fee of $100 per minute in order to keep the conversations short.
