Texans coach is stable after collapse
November 5 , 2013
Houston Texans coach Gary Kubiak is now in a stable condition after collapsing during the game against the Indianapolis Colts yesterday.
The medical episode occurred during halftime while Kubiak was walking off the field. Reports suggest that he didn't suffer from a heart attack and was "light-headed and dizzy."
"We have to assess ... obviously, there's a lot of info," Houston general manager said. "Hopefully, Gary will be back with us tomorrow."
The 52-year-old collapsed only a little while after Denver Broncos coach John Fox felt dizzy and was hospitalized. According to the team, Fox will be out for a couple of weeks since he requires heart surgery.
