New Zealand beats West Indies, enters semifinals

Batting first, New Zealand scored a mammoth 393 for the loss of six wickets and bowled out West Indies for 250 in 30.3 overs. Martin Guptill scored 237, which is the highest score in World Cup history. West Indies played a good knock but kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Chris Gayle scored 61 runs off 33 balls, hitting eight sixes in the process, but it was far from enough. New Zealand, which has entered the semi-finals, will now play against South Africa.
