MLB 2013 schedule announced

The 2013 schedule for Major League Baseball was announced on Wednesday, beginning with a stand-alone game on March 31.
The first day of play for most teams is set for April 1. The season will conclude on September 29.
Some changes have been made, with the Houston Astros switching to the American League.
Houston's first game as an AL West member will be against new division rival, the Texas Rangers.
Each league will now have 15 teams in order to facilitate interleague play throughout the year.
The first season-opening interleague game will see the Cincinnati Reds hosting the LA Angels of Anaheim on April 1.
