Miami Open: Djokovic beats Murray to win fifth title
April 6 , 2015
World number one Novak Djokovic struggled against Andy Murray on a hot and humid day at Crandon Park and dropped a set before defeating the Scot in the final of the Miami Open. This was his fifth title at Miami. The 27-year-old Serb won in three sets 7-6 (7-3) 4-6 6-0, extending his record against the Briton to 18-8.
Murray, who had last prevailed over Djokovic in the Wimbledon final in 2013, said he had made a good start this year but was “not quite there where Novak is at”.
