England won the third Test against India at Southampton by 266 runs, leveling the five-match cricket series.
Needing an improbable 445 to win, the visitors were reduced to 112-4 at the end of the fourth day’s play. England took the remaining six wickets on the final day and India were bowled out for 178, with England's Moeen Ali finishing with figures of 6-67.
The match saw England's Captain Alastair Cook’s return to form — scoring 95 in the first innings and 70 in the second.
The fourth Test at Old Trafford will begin next Thursday.
