England beat Switzerland 2-0

  • Arsenal’s Danny Welbeck scored twice in the second half as England started their Euro 2016 qualifiers on a great note, beating Switzerland 2-0, reports say.

The victory will give a boost to England fans and team manager Roy Hodgson after the country’s  disastrous group stage exit at this year’s Brazil World Cup.

While England’s defense gave the team some anxious moments, Captain Wayne Rooney looked in good touch. Welbeck's goals came in the 58th and 90th minutes.
