Brazil beat France 3-1 in seventh successive victory

  • Continuing their good form, Brazil defeated France 3-1 to record their seventh straight victory after their World Cup debacle last year.

Raphael Varane gave France the lead with a powerful header in the 21st minute. But Oscar leveled in the 40th minute and Barcelona star Neymar put Brazil ahead in the 57th minute.

A Luiz Gustavo header in the 69th minute snuffed any French hopes of a comeback, as Dunga continued to maintain a perfect record in his second stint as Brazil’s coach.
