Two and a Half Men set to return for tenth season

  • U.S. sitcom Two and a Half Men has been given the green light for a tenth season.

The show will return to CBS with stars Jon Cryer, Angus T Jones and Ashton Kutcher, who replaced Charlie Sheen a year ago.

All actors will return with small pay rises, with industry insiders claiming Kutcher will receive “slightly more” than the $700,000 he currently earns per episode.

Sheen was fired last year after criticising the show’s producers and months of reported drug abuse.

Despite the loss of Sheen, around 28.7 million people tuned in to watch Kutcher’s debut.
