Rapper 'Big Bank Hank' dies aged 57

Rapper Henry Jackson, popularly know as ‘Big Bank Hank’, has died at the age of 57. He was reportedly suffering from cancer.
His group Sugarhill Gang’s 1979 hit "Rapper’s Delight" made hip hop popular in the mainstream. It was the first rap song to break into the US Billboard top 40.
In a statement the two surviving members of the group, ‘Master Gee’ and ‘Wonder Mike,’ said the three of them had “created musical history together” when "Rapper's Delight" was released.
