Monteith death causing 'Glee' to be delayed

The fifth season of 'Glee' is now returning a week later than originally planned because of the death of star Cory Monteith. The producers of the series said that the death of the beloved star has made them delay the production until Sep.26. Fox and producers said that there was no further information.
The show hasn't revealed to the public as to how it will proceed after the star's death. Monteith played Finn Hudson in the show who is a high school quarterback and has a romantic relationship with Rachel, the character played by Lea Michele, his real-life girlfriend.
Although plot highlights were offered after Monteith's death, there has been no mention of what is in store for his character in the series.
