Worker fired after losing two babies

AOL CEO Tim Armstrong probably has something against pregnant women as employees. He caused a stir after shifting the company's payment schedule since AOL had to pay a huge amount to two employees "that had distressed babies."
Reports suggest that the changes have now been undone due to the bad press but Armstrong's issues with pregnant women date back to the days when he was the VP of national sales for Google.
He was sued in 2005 after a former worker at Google accused him of firing her after she was unable to travel due to issues related to her pregnancy. Armstrong demoted her during the same month she lost two children and then fired her before rehiring her again for a lower-level position.
Christina Elwell reportedly got a good amount of settlement from the company.
