Amazon’s plans to start testing drones for online deliveries have been approved by the US Federal Aviation Administration. According to media reports, the US regulator, which has given the company a certificate for people who have pilot’s licenses to test the drones, laid down the condition that the unmanned aircraft must be flown at a maximum height of 400 feet and should be within the sight of the pilot. In the United States, it is illegal to operate drones for commercial purposes.
